Musa acuminata — Cavendish G9 (Grand Naine) Variety · Jalgaon, Maharashtra
Sapien International specialises in the export of premium Cavendish G9 (Grand Naine) bananas from Jalgaon, Maharashtra — India's banana capital. Our bananas are sourced directly from farmer partners in the Jalgaon-Raver belt, where ideal tropical conditions produce some of India's most sought-after export-grade fruit.
India is the world's largest banana producer, and the Cavendish G9 variety is the most traded banana internationally. Our export bananas are graded to 40–46 calibre, harvested at 85–90% maturity, pre-cooled, and maintained on a full cold chain from farm to reefer container.
